To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

胜任此项职位，需要有能力成功地履行如下主要工作职责:

1. Double check with the HS code classification and declaration element during customs clearance

2. Maintain the related logistic info and logistic cost

3. Handle the compliance issue together with stakeholder, forwarder and brokers

4. Prepare the declaration documents and in charge of shipment declaration and inspection

5. Check, collect and archive the declaration documents in according with customs regulations; providing data for logistic analyze and reporting

6. Prepare, collect and archive AEO documents, complying with AEO requirement

7. Declaration of import and export shipment in Customs system, be familiar with E-book/hand book declaration

8. Supporting to get related license for declaration, such as 3C and tax exemption of equipment

1. 在通关过程中，与HS编码分类和申报要素进行双重检查。

2. 维护相关的物流信息和物流成本

3. 与利益相关方、货运代理和经纪人一起处理合规问题。

4. 准备申报文件，负责货物的申报和检查。

5. 根据海关规定，检查、收集和归档申报文件，为物流分析和报告提供数据。

6. 准备、收集和归档AEO文件，遵守AEO要求

7.在海关系统中进行进出口货物的申报，熟悉电子书/手书的申报。

8. 支持获得相关的申报许可，如3C和设备免税等。

Education and/or Experience教育和经历

专科及以上学历，国际贸易及供应链管理优先3年以上进出口报关工作经验

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities知识、技巧和能力

1. 熟悉ERP系统及关务系统

2. 熟知海关相关法律法规

3. 有AEO认证经验优先
