Responsible for SHE supervision of construction projects, construction process and equipment installation process, identify process risks and formulate and implement preventive measures.

负责对建设项目、施工过程和设备安装过程进行SHE监督，识别过程风险并制定和实施预防措施。

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

胜任此项职位，需要有能力成功地履行如下主要工作职责：

-Assist project department in bidding, bid evaluation and construction process management on SHE matters

-Supervise and guide the project department to establish and improve the SHE management system and related standards for construction projects and construction process

-Organize the identification of SHE risks in the construction process, formulate and implement preventive measures

-Review the qualifications and materials related to contractor and contractor personnel SHE

-Organize to conduct or supervise contractor SHE education training

-Periodically inspect construction projects and construction sites and urge the rectification of hidden dangers

-Audit the construction, inspection and maintenance plan

-Carry out special operation management such as fire, lifting, climbing and temporary electricity use

-Establish and improve the construction project SHE ledger data

-Maintain working communication with project department, third party management company and contractor

-协助项目部进行招标、评标和施工过程中的SHE事务管理

-监督和指导项目部建立和完善建设项目和施工过程的SHE管理体系及相关标准。

-组织对施工过程中的SHE风险进行识别，制定并实施预防措施

-审查承包商和施工人员SHE的相关资质和材料

-组织开展或督促承包商SHE教育培训

-定期检查施工项目和施工现场，督促整改隐患

-审核施工、检查和维修计划

-开展消防、起重、登高、临时用电等特殊作业管理

-建立和完善建设项目SHE台账资料

-与项目部、第三方管理公司和承包商保持工作沟通

Education and/or Experience教育和经历

-University education with relevant medical qualification

(Safety Sciences & Engineering, Civil Engineering , Mechanics, Machine Science, Materials, Energy & Power, Electrical Sciences)

-3 years’ experience

3年外资企业同岗位工作经历

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities知识、技巧和能力

-Basic knowledge of Project construction safety

-Good digital, analytical, problem-solving skills

-Good interpersonal, communication and training skill

-Good office software skills

-Enthusiastic in work and strong sense and responsibility

-Workable English
