As our professional Communication Specialist, you will support Scania Industrial Operations Asia with strategic change and communication activities. You will do this with functions and Production & Logistics, R&D, Purchasing, Finance, IT.

Example of tasks:

• Contribute to and develop the internal and external change and communication strategies and plans

• Stakeholder management - set the right message and tone to the right party

• Provide input to e.g. stakeholder mapping, change impact, and change readiness assessment

• Identify and develop necessary training material

• Drive implementation of new communication tools and channels

• Propose and produce communication content for various channels and platforms

• Arrange and drive different communication events both digitally and on-site

Education and/or Experience

You have an academic degree or similar from a recognized institution, in Media or Journalism.

5-10 years of experience working with corporate and/or business communication for larger corporations, B2B or B2C.

Extensive experience in storytelling for companies or as a freelance such as reporting for lifestyle- or travel magazines.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• interpreting communication assignments and how to convert them to textual communication. For different stakeholders and target groups, in different formats and channels.

• working in tight teams with content production, with colleagues as well as external resources.

• management of multiple assignments that requires a “here and now” mindset.

• work in international and intercultural contexts that require communication skills in spoken and written English.
