Debt Collection 债务催收

Secure collection procedures and policies that ensure timely payments

确保催收工作流程整体的正常运行

• Manage the timely and effective collection of all debts and payments,

管理按时和高效的债务回收和客户付款,

• Collection activities on overdue contracts/customers include phone calls, official letter and SMS sending described in credit policy,

落实逾期合同\客户的催收事宜,如通过电话、信函、电子信息等信用政策中包含的各种方式,

• Negotiate repayment plans when necessary,

必要时沟通客户付款计划,

• Approach to internal departments and customer when the payment is challenging with customer side and rescheduling is requested,

当客户付款有问题时且收到了付款重组需求时,和公司内部部门、客户进行沟通,

• Provide accounts information to internal departments,

向公司内部部门分享客户信息,

• Carry out necessary reviews, analysis and compose necessary and requested reports on pre-defined routines and on ad-hoc basis when requested.

在制定的日常流程中或临时要求下定期进行业务回顾、分析,形成相应的报告。

 

Repossession 车辆回收

Secure repossession is performed when necessary

当流程需要时实施相应的资产回收动作

• In cooperation with internal and external repossession partner, including but not limited to Scania China, dealer and external agencies, to repossess the financed asset in case of default happens,

和内外部合作伙伴合作,包括但不限于斯堪尼亚中国、经销商和外部机构,回收违约客户的融资资产,

• Properly keep and evaluate market value of repossessed financed vehicles with regular market value reports,

妥当保管、评估回收融资车辆的价值,维护相应的报告,

• Coordinate with external parties including Scania dealers and workshops for necessary refining and furbishing with repossessed vehicles.

和合作伙伴,如斯堪尼亚经销商、维修厂协调对回收车辆进行翻新、整备等事宜。

 

Remarketing 车辆再营销

Secure timely re-marketing after the repossession activity

在车辆回收之后,实时及时的再次营销

• Closely cooperate with Scania CO, Scania dealers and other external partners for progress of remarketing cases and remarketing channels development,

同斯堪尼亚中国、经销商和其他外部合作伙伴紧密合作推动车辆再次营销和再营销的渠道开发,

• Create and maintain channel of re-marketing the finance vehicles and other assets, including domestic sales channel and export of used vehicles,

开发和维护车辆和其他融资资产的再营销渠道,包括国内的销售渠道和二手车出口,

• Timely review for the re-marketing deals and review the Scania vehicle market value matrix.

Legal Matters 法律事务

Support for litigation and related process,

• Filing for the default cases with support from external law firm

• Start the litigation process independently as the next step,

• Negotiation with customer during the litigation process,

诉讼过程中和客户的沟通协商,

• Support for the legal auction process if applicable

Reporting and others 报告和其他

Regular reports related to the overdue and default contracts,

对于逾期和违约合同的定期报告

• Weekly, monthly reports regarding the overdue contracts and development

对于逾期客户合同及发展情况的周、月报,

• Reports maintaining for the contracts in process of repossession, remarketing and legal procedure

对于已终止案件的车辆回收、再营销和法律流程的定期报告,

• Internal customer credit information management

内部客户信息管理,

• Customer credit information sharing with external legal authorities and agencies in line with relevant Laws and Regulations, customer consent, etc.

在相关法律法规、客户授权等条件下向执法机构和外部机构提供客户信息,
