This position is responsible for leading the team to accomplish the factory approval, CCC initial inspection and COP control management after series production start and its annual plant inspection. Making and implementing the COP control plan and monitoring the status of its execution, making the execution report according to the requirement of MIIT, VECC, CNCA and etc. Be responsible for COP random check from the authorities. Be responsible for on-board documents. Be responsible for ISO.
Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities 主要职责
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
1、Establishing the COP management and be responsible for its implementation and keep improving according to the requirement of MIIT, VECC, CNCA and etc, including compiling and maintaining the COP control plan, monitoring its implementation and compiling the COP execution report.
2、Factory approval and CCC initial and annual plant inspection for Scania Rugao plant, including planning, organizing, on-site receiving, non-compliance issue collecting and correcting, summarizing the lesson learn.
3、Be responsible for the internal compliance check and in-use vehicle compliance check, critical parts compliance check, planning and corporate COP tests, organize, solve or close the problems and any none-compliance issues during the COP tests.
4、Receive and support the random COP audit and/or other quality check from the authorities
5、Be responsible vehicle inspection at the end of production and submit the data according to VECC requirement
6、Be responsible for the management and implementing of vehicle on-board documents, including vehicle qualified certificate, environmental protection information disclosure sheet, COC sheet. Maintain and manage the MIIT management system of vehicle qualified certificates.
7、Be responsible for compile the COP control plan for export market and monitoring its implementation for the products in Rugao plant.
8、Plan and execute the COP internal audits.
9、Create the connection to the COP, Quality team or corresponding team in Scania plant, harmonize the global COP work, deliver internally the requirement of COP in China Market and its impact on quality, ensure the continuous compliance of the products in series.
10、Constructing the team, ongoing development and training for employees for the above work and conducting performance assessments.
11、ISO system management. Be familiar with the international system standards of the automobile industry, establish and maintain the internal system of the organization according to the corresponding international, domestic and industrial standards.
12、Support the implementation and internal and external audit of the company's product / production conformity certification, ISO14000 and OHSAS18001 management systems according to the company's business operation requirements;

To perform this job successfully, an individual must meet the minimum qualifications. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor degree or above, major in vehicle engineering preferred
10+ years of experience in vehicle quality or COP working area in vehicle manufacturing company
At least 5 years experience in vehicle COP management or factory approval
At least 3 years experience in vehicle on-board documents management and MIIT management system of vehicle qualified certificates
With rich experience on factory approval, plant inspection / audit based on automotive industry policy from MIIT / CNCA and etc.
Have a good working relationship with the authorities in charge of COP is a big advantage
5 years team management experience in vehicle manufacturing company
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong knowledge and analytical skills in the area of vehicle manufacturing, quality control and quality tools, vehicle regulation and standard
With strong sense of Compliance/rules/ethics
Ability to take initiative and work under pressure
Strong leadership skills to lead and persuade the key stakeholders
Fluent in English in both writing and speaking
Sufficient reporting and presentation skills
“Pusher” and communicative personality
