主要职责;
1、检查产品装配过程中的各个阶段，包括零件、部件和完整产品，使用标准评估偏差并创建报告和跟踪行动计划;
2、使用测量设备和目视检查进行产品审核和零件评估;
3、创建和分发质量控制报告;
4、根据官方文件使用程序和软件准备质量设备进行分析
5、根据校准周期评估质量设备，执行质量测试并根据技术文件进行调整
6、如果发现偏差，协调产品/零件的可追溯性
7、识别和保留不合格部件或产品
8、支持问题解决活动，检查生产过程，根据规范进行零件测量。
9、评估偏差并根据官方文件进行分类。
10、对所有新产品的引进进行审核，包括文件更新

1、大专及以上学历
2、产品知识
3、精益生产/六西格玛/ SPS核心方法
4、问题解决和质量工具/风险管理(PFMEA)
5、零件质量
6、变更管理和偏差处理
7、工业自动化原理(SCADA, MES…)
8、冲突管理和谈判
9、大数据和数据分析基本概念
10、技术图纸分析和解释
11、MS、office365
12、产品审核
13、erp /SAP知识
14、cad /CATIA/Power BI中级/3D经验
15、良好的英语听说读写能力
素质能力要求：
