To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

1.Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans; preparing and completing action plans; implementing optimization of productivity, quality, and customer-Sales-Service process; resolving problems; assisting to complete audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales organization improvements; implementing change;

通过相关市场活动实现区域运营目标:收集区域市场信息,提供战略计划建议,编制并完成行动计划;实施工作效率、质量和客 户销售服务流程的优化工作;解决问题;协助完成相关审计;识别市场趋势;确定区域销售组织的持续改进;实施改变活动等

 

2.Accomplishes area dealers’ sales supporting and admin objectives by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining dealers employees in assigned districts; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures;

完成区域经销商的销售支持及管理工作,通过下述相关活动:员工导入、培训、分配工作任务、调度、教练、咨询并规范地区经销商人员的市场销售活动;沟通工作预期、计划、监控、评价和审查工作贡献度;规划并核查特定市场补偿活动;执行公司政策和程序等

 

3.Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions;

通过需求预测、准备年度预算、支出计划、分析偏差及执行纠正手段等活动实现区域销售财务指标

4.Establishes specific sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives;

依照公司整体销售目标,建立区域销售计划和比例分配创建具体销售目标。

 

5.Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district dealers’ sales representatives; building and maintaining report with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities;

通过辅助咨询区域内经销商销售团队、建立并维护重点客户的信息跟踪报告、寻找新客户销售机会等活动维护并扩展客户群体基础

 

6.Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors;

通过识别场新产品机会、客户需求及趋势调查和竞争对手跟踪等活动提供建议输入,用于公司定义产品及产品序列,服务组合包和服务内容调整等决策制定

 

7.Implements marketing promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating expenditure;

通过实施、跟踪和评价支出等活动执行市场促销工作;

 

8.Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks;

通过参加培训,阅读专业刊物及发展个人行业联系网络更新工作业务知识;

 

9.Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed;

完成必须的相关工作以实现销售目标和组织任务;

 

10.Performs other related duties as assigned by the manager and management。

Education and/or Experience教育背景和/或经验

- University education in appropriate discipline 大学本科相关专业

- 5 years relevant work experience in sales. 5年的相关销售工作经验

- Sales management experience at a regional/branch level 区域/品牌级别的销售管理经验

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities知识,技能和能力

· Understanding Scania Products; 熟悉了解斯堪尼亚产品;

· Excellent presentation skills 出色的演讲演示技能;

· Proven ability to work accurately with figures and spreadsheets in combination with good computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment; 熟练处理处理数字和表格;能够熟练操作微软系统和计算机操作系统;

· Good in reading and writing English; 良好的英语口语和写作能力;

· Be able and willing to take frequent business travels 能够并愿意接受频繁的出差
