Main Assignments & Job Responsibility

-Communicate with internal and external related parties.

-Familiarize with the finance and purchasing process.

-Receive the technical needs from the person who in charge of the chemical warehouse, indirect raw material warehouse, hazardous waste warehouse and discarding area.

-Translate the technical needs of the relevant area into RFQ, PR and follow up the related PO and contract status.

-Collect and preparation of documents in the procurement process.

-Communicate with relevant suppliers, confirm that the supplier have the certificate needed.

-Familiarize with the relevant legal and regulatory requirements in these area.

-Submit relevant documents required by the government.

-Organize applicable documentation for attendance at audits

-Control of KPIs in the area

-Monitoring waste generations per workshop

-Familiarize with fiscal processes of waste disposal

-Familiarize with legal processes (new supplier contracts)

-Understanding workshop processes in order to have a basis for waste generation and contact adequate suppliers for each process, focusing on recycling and circular economy

-Support for structuring the conservation services, such as cleaning, conservation, gardening, and wastewater treatment.

-Other relative tasks as assigned in your area of expertise
