To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

胜任此项职位,需要有能力成功地履行如下主要工作职责:

 

l Purchase ,manage and dispatch the office daily tea room consumables and stationery in order. Take the usage record and keep the record updated. Meanwhile check the stock monthly to make sure the common consumables is enough.

办公用品和茶水间日常消耗品的采购,有序管理和发放,做好相应的发放记录,同时每月盘库确保日常行政消耗品满足业务部门所需。

l Reception of customer and important guest visit ,such as meeting room set up,F&B etc.

客户及重要访客接待服务工作,比如会议室的布置,餐饮等。

l Shanghai office location selection, decoration, layout and renovation, coordinate each dept. to make sure all the request take into consideration .

主导上海办公室选址装修及改造。

l Manage the office facilities and furniture also the related admin related service budget and cost, .

负责办公室设施家具设备正常运营,协调资源,提升办公环境和行政服务,管理办公室设施家具及相关行政服务的预算和费用。

l Lead the office resources planning , make sure all the resources match the business development, including but not limit to the space management and resources coordinating, and monitoring the data.

主导办公室资源规划,保证资源和业务发展匹配,包括空间管理和资源协调,并对数据进行实行监控

l Admin payment application and related record.

行政各项付款并做好相关记录

l Assist on the office activities when happened

协助其他日常办公活动

l Other task assigned by manager

Education and/or Experience

教育和经历

-Bachelor’s degree

-全日制本科学历

-3 years related working experience in a multinational manufacturing industry

-3年以上外资制造型企业同岗位工作经历

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

知识、技巧和能力

-Service oriented and hopeful ,high sense of responsibilities ;

服务意识强,乐于助人,有较强的额责任心;

-Good communication and interpersonal skills;

良好的沟通能力和人际关系技巧;

-Be familiar with Office Software Word, Excel, Powerpoint;

熟悉办公软件Word, Excel, Powerpoint ;

-Good command of English

良好的英语;

-Effective time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines

有效的时间管理技能和在较严格的期限完工作的能力
