本职位概述如下：

Handling daily cash work, including payment, collection, cash flow forecast, SAFE, etc.

处理日常现金工作，包括付款，收款，现金流预测，SAFE等。

Job Duties

Cash management: Ensure enough cash position and ensure safety of fund.

Payment Application: Prepare payment application bi-weekly, verify and ensure supporting information accurate and adequate.

Payment processing: Classify payments by nature, process operational spending and capital spending in different banks.

Cash collection: Monitor money collection and ensure timeliness.

Deposit management: Manage and utilize deposit.

Bank balance: Reconcile balance with banks.

Cashflow forecast: Properly arrange payment according to cashflow plan.

SAFE registration: Timely register cross border payment and collection in SAFE, communicate with SAFE if necessary.

工作职责

现金管理：确保足够的现金状况，确保资金安全。

支付申请：每两周准备一次支付申请，验证并确保支持信息准确和充足。

支付处理：按性质对支付进行分类，处理不同银行的运营支出和资本支出。

现金收集：监控收款并确保及时性。

存款管理：管理和利用存款。

银行结余：与银行核对余额。

现金流预测：根据现金流计划妥善安排付款。

外管局注册：及时在外管局登记跨境支付和收款，必要时与外管局沟通。

Desirable experience and qualifications

Minimum 1 years accounting in multinational company.

Major in Finance or accounting with Bachelor degree.

Good understanding with ERP, SAP is plus.

Good written and oral English.

Good communication skill and teamwork spirit.

任职要求

在跨国公司担任至少1年的会计。

金融或会计专业，本科学历。

对ERP的良好理解，SAP是加分项。

良好的英语书面和口头表达能力。

良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
