Scania introduces new National Services Sales Manager
In the most recent issue of the brand’s in-house publication, Scania Experience, Scania Australia has announced the appointment of Sean Corby as new National Services Manager.
“Sean will head a team of branch-based Service Sales Executives. He will be talking with customers in greater depth than before, giving Scania Australia greater consideration of the needs of our customers,” said Michael Weber, Scania’s National Manager for After Sales.
According to Scania, Corby and his team will work closely with the new Scania Parts Managers who we have strategically placed around the country to ensure the right parts will be in stock for the corresponding vehicles used in any particular area or region.
“Scania Australia already has cross-functional groups talking to each other to facilitate better service provision, both in terms of parts delivery or scheduled servicing delivery,” Weber said.
“The National Service Sales team will actively work to complement these activities in order to promote a more efficient integration of Scania’s Total Transport Solutions services with customer needs.”
