One precondition for you and your drivers to be able to call up Scania Assistance is that all the relevant information is at hand whenever it is needed - in the vehicle.
We have therefore produced an information pack which should be stored in each vehicle and which all the drivers should know about. The pack consists of: - Scania international service - a guide to Scania's workshop network.
- A plastic card with the telephone number to the national Assistance centre. Should be kept in the vehicle or the driver's wallet.
- Decal - with the number to the national Assistance centre, to be stuck in a clearly visible place in the vehicle.
