All your driver needs to do when he requires help is to call his national Assistance centre, and a powerful organisation swings into action.
Since our Assistance centres are found in many countries, we can offer a major benefit: the driver always gets to talk to someone in a language he/she is familiar with. Furthermore, it is a part of our policy that the driver keeps the same contact person
throughout the operation until he is on his way again. This contact person is something of a specialist on Scania vehicles. He may even be able to solve many problems directly over the phone.
