Of these, 2,400 work with research and development in close cooperation with production units, mainly in Sweden.
Scania’s corporate purchasing department is supplemented by local procurement offices in Poland, the Czech Republic, the United States, China and Russia.
The company’s production facilities are found in Sweden, France, Netherlands, Poland, Brazil and Argentina. In addition to sales and service, Scania also offers financial services on most markets.
Scania is represented by approximately 100 national distributors, who organise sales and workshop services world wide.
