You will only need one contact for all repairs – Scania – whether it is for injection pumps, bodywork, painting, or anything else. For minor repairs, we will do our utmost to inspect and repair your vehicle immediately, even if you don’t have an
appointment. We can even arrange for repairs that we don’t normally carry out ourselves. We’ll do our best to make sure you won’t waste any time waiting.
We are dedicated to minimising your downtime and finding failures quickly. Our diagnosis systems, which are under continuous development, let us diagnose most problems quickly.
For the most common repairs and maintenance work, you will be told in advance how much the work will cost, and labour estimates will never exceed the guidelines in the Scania Standard Times. Of course, prices may vary in different markets due to
differences in parts prices and labour rates.
You will normally receive the correct parts directly from stock. If a part is not in stock, it will be ordered immediately for delivery as soon as possible. Our parts logistics hubs are located at strategic points around the world in order to assure
short delivery times. Parts for normal repair work should be delivered within twelve hours.
Scania Parts carry a one-year warranty, and are always identified as such on your invoice. You can always get access to Scania Parts at your Scania dealer. You also have the possibility to reduce repair costs, by obtaining Scania Exchange Parts through
any Scania workshop.
