One-stop shopping for trailer operators just got a significant boost. As part of a unique agreement signed in September 2009, an increasing number of workshops and dealers within Scania’s global service network are now fully authorized to carry out professional service on SAF-Holland trailer axle components.

Customers will benefit from Scania’s support for the complete vehicle combination of tractor plus trailer, going beyond access to parts. The SAF-Holland agreement covers logistics, warranty handling, workshop procedures, special tools, a help desk and training of workshop technicians.

Scania is unique in being the first company within the transport industry to be authorised in this way. Just one more demonstration of how Scania provides dedicated support that leads to increased uptime and peace of mind.
