The purpose of Scania’s trainee program is to ensure the long-term supply of co-workers to key positions. The program gives the necessary prerequisites for a future successful position in Scania’s global world: a holistic view, a broad contact network, and Scania-unique knowledge.

Scania’s trainee program is intended for young university graduates, Masters of Engineering and Masters of Business Administration, who are prepared to take on a professional and personal challenge. We are looking for trainees with a high competence, a combination of knowledge, humility, and an ability to act in order to achieve results together with others. As Scania’s operations are spread all over the world, a good knowledge of languages is also essential.
