Scania AB's Annual General Meeting approved a dividend of SEK 5.00 (1.00) per share for 2010. The record date was set to 10 May 2011 and last day for trading shares that include the dividend was 5 May 2011. The dividend was sent from Euroclear Sweden AB on 13 May 2011.
