The following requirements are mandatory for suppliers to automotive production at Scania. SCANIA MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS ISO / TS16949, VDA 6.1, etc are also acceptable. ISO 14000 certified. (Reported on request, deviations and corrective actions minimum once per year, product audit >1% of production). Capability / process control (Cpk >1.33) EDI capability (Fulfilled according to Scania standard) Delivery reliability 100% (Reporting actual situation on request incl. corrective actions) No changes in products or process. (No changes in products or production process without approval from Scania., according to supplier change request routine (SCR). Contingency plan. (Plan to handle unexpected situation). Signed general supply contract.
